The fee for an EPC starts from £100.

 

Please answer as many of the EPC related questions on this page as you can.

The information will help me provide an accurate quotation for the work, and will also assist in the accurate completion of the subsequent Assessment.

Additionally, if you have any paperwork that I can see on the day of the assessment, such as building signoff for extensions, retrofit insulation, heating system and window information, it will all help.

For the following questions, it will be a great help if you have any related documentation. This could include: Installation Certificates, Building Regulation signoff, Architectural documents, receipts etc.
